Hi, I'm Sophie!

As long as I can remember, I’ve always been drawn to babies.
My mum says she always knew I would end up working with them, and she was right.

Before becoming a certified Infant & Child Sleep Consultant, I spent over five years working as an international nanny, specialising in infants and toddlers. Those years gave me something I still bring to my work every day : a deep understanding of just how different babies can be.

I cared for babies from different families, cultures and backgrounds, each with their own personality and temperament.
Some adapted easily to change. Others needed more time, reassurance and support. What worked beautifully for one baby could be completely wrong for another. And sleep was a conversation that came up again and again.
I saw loving, attentive parents trying to do their best while navigating endless and often conflicting advice. Should I follow wake windows? Should my baby be sleeping through the night? Am I creating bad habits? Why does this work for everyone else's baby but not mine?
Too often, parents were left guessing. I wanted to be able to support families further, so I trained as an Infant & Child Sleep Consultant, deepening my knowledge of the science of infant sleep, development and healthy sleep habits.

Today, my experience caring for babies and my professional sleep training come together in the way I support families.
One size doesn't fit all.

Working closely with so many different babies taught me something that is now at the heart of my approach : there is no single sleep method that works for every child. That’s why I combine evidence-based sleep practices with a personalised, temperament-led approach. I look at the whole picture : your baby’s age, development, sleep needs, temperament, routine and environment, as well as your parenting philosophy and what feels right for your family. I’m not here to hand you a generic schedule or tell you how you should parent your baby.

I’m here to help you understand your baby, make sense of what’s happening with their sleep and give you a clear, realistic plan that feels right for your family.

Because better sleep starts with understanding the baby in front of you.
