TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of sleep consultation services, support packages, home consultation services, digital guides and other products offered by Baby Sleep Help Co.
Please read them carefully before purchasing or booking a service.
1. Business information
Baby Sleep Help Co is operated by:
Legal name: Sophie Leonetti
Trading name: Baby Sleep Help Co
Email: info@babysleephelpco.com
Website: https://babysleephelpco.com/
In these Terms, “Baby Sleep Help Co”, “I”, “me” and “my” refer to the service provider. “Client”, “you” and “your” refer to the person purchasing or using the services.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By purchasing a product or service, booking a consultation or requesting that a service begin, you confirm that:
* You are at least 18 years old.
* You have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
* You have read the Privacy Policy.
* You are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or you have the authority of the child’s parent or legal guardian.
* The information you provide is accurate and complete.
The version of the Terms accepted at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.
3. Services
Baby Sleep Help Co may provide:
* Online sleep consultations
* Personalised sleep assessments and written sleep plans
* WhatsApp or email follow-up support
* In-home consultations and support
* Discovery calls
* Digital guides, ebooks, checklists and other downloadable resources
* Additional services described on the website or agreed in writing
The exact content, duration and price of each service will be shown on the relevant service page, payment page, invoice or written booking confirmation.
Services are personalised for the child and family described in the intake form. Advice prepared for one child must not be applied to another child without an appropriate assessment.
4. Nature and limitations of the service
Baby Sleep Help Co provides educational and practical guidance relating to infant and child sleep.
Baby Sleep Help Co does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, nutritional treatment, psychological treatment or emergency services.
Information and recommendations provided through a consultation or sleep plan do not replace advice from a doctor, paediatrician, health visitor, dietitian, lactation consultant or other qualified healthcare professional.
If advice from Baby Sleep Help Co conflicts with advice from a qualified healthcare professional responsible for your child’s care, the healthcare professional’s advice must take priority.
If you believe your child is seriously unwell or requires urgent medical assistance, contact an appropriate healthcare professional or emergency service immediately.
5. Safe sleep
Parents and caregivers remain responsible for providing a safe sleep environment and following current safe-sleep guidance applicable in their country.
Baby Sleep Help Co will not require a parent to use a recommendation that conflicts with recognised safe-sleep guidance or advice provided by the child’s healthcare professional.
The client is responsible for implementing recommendations safely and for supervising the child appropriately.
6. Information provided by the client
You agree to provide complete, accurate and current information about your child, including relevant information concerning:
* Age and development
* Feeding and nutrition
* Growth or weight concerns
* Prematurity
* Reflux, allergies or medical conditions
* Medication
* Current illness
* Advice or treatment received from healthcare professionals
* Existing sleep arrangements and routines
You must notify Baby Sleep Help Co if this information changes during the service.
Baby Sleep Help Co may suspend or decline to provide recommendations where:
* Important information has not been provided.
* A medical, feeding, developmental or safeguarding concern requires professional assessment.
* Medical clearance is reasonably required before continuing.
* Providing the service would be outside Baby Sleep Help Co’s professional competence.
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the appropriateness and effectiveness of the recommendations.
7. Intake forms and preparation
Where an intake form is required, it must be completed accurately and submitted by the deadline given in the booking confirmation.
If the intake form or requested information is not received in time, the consultation or plan may need to be postponed. This will be treated as a client-requested rescheduling where the delay results from the client’s failure to provide the required information.
Baby Sleep Help Co is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate or late information.
8. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in euros unless stated otherwise.
The website or payment page will indicate whether applicable taxes are included in the displayed price.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
* Full payment is required before a paid consultation or support package begins.
* A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.
* Baby Sleep Help Co may withhold the consultation, plan or support until full payment has been received.
* Additional services requested by the client may involve an additional fee.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.
9. Using a purchased service within 30 days
Unless a different validity period is stated before purchase, the client must book and begin the purchased service within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
The client is responsible for:
* Completing the intake form
* Providing requested information
* Selecting or confirming an available appointment
* Responding to reasonable communications needed to begin the service
If the client does not respond, Baby Sleep Help Co will make up to three written contact attempts using the contact details provided.
If the client has not responded, provided the required information or arranged commencement of the service by the end of the 30-day period, the service will be considered abandoned and completed. Any unused consultation, plan or support will expire without refund, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
The 30-day period will be extended where the service could not begin because Baby Sleep Help Co did not offer reasonable availability or where an extension has been agreed in writing.
Extensions requested for personal circumstances are at Baby Sleep Help Co’s discretion and must be agreed in writing before the 30-day period expires.
10. Consultation appointments
Clients must attend appointments at the confirmed date and time.
A grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed. Baby Sleep Help Co will make reasonable efforts to contact the client.
If the client does not attend or make contact during that period, the appointment will be treated as a missed appointment and as having been delivered. It will not automatically be refunded or rescheduled.
If the client arrives late, the consultation may still finish at its originally scheduled time.
11. Rescheduling and cancellations
These voluntary cancellation conditions apply in addition to, and do not restrict, any statutory right of withdrawal described in Section 19.
Rescheduling by the client
The client may reschedule one consultation without charge by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
Requests made less than 24 hours before the consultation may be treated as a missed appointment. Any further rescheduling is at Baby Sleep Help Co’s discretion.
Cancellation by the client
Where the statutory withdrawal period has expired or no statutory withdrawal right applies:
* If cancellation occurs before work begins, Baby Sleep Help Co may offer a refund or credit at its discretion.
* If the intake has been reviewed, an assessment has started, a consultation has taken place or personalised work has been completed, the corresponding part of the fee will not be refunded.
* Consultations cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are non-refundable.
* Support that has already begun is non-refundable except where required by law or where Baby Sleep Help Co has materially failed to provide the purchased service.
Cancellation by Baby Sleep Help Co
If Baby Sleep Help Co must cancel a consultation, the client will be offered:
* A reasonable alternative date; or
12. Delivery of personalised plans
Where a package includes a written plan, it will normally be delivered within 2-4 working days after:
* The consultation has taken place;
* All necessary information has been received; and
* Full payment has been received.
The delivery period may be extended if the client supplies incomplete information, requests substantial changes or raises new circumstances requiring reassessment.
A sleep plan reflects the information available when it is prepared. Significant changes in health, feeding, development, routine or family circumstances may require a new assessment or an additional paid service.
13. Follow-up support
The duration and communication method included in a support package will be confirmed before purchase.
Unless stated otherwise:
* Support begins on the date agreed in writing.
* Support days run consecutively.
* Support cannot be saved for later or divided into separate periods, except for the illness pause described in Section 14.
* Messages and calls included in a package cannot be transferred to another person or child.
* Unused messages, calls or support days expire when the support period ends.
* Additional support may be purchased subject to availability.
Baby Sleep Help Co will respond during the support hours communicated in the service description or booking confirmation.
Messages sent outside those hours will be addressed during the next support period. Response times are estimates and may vary when Baby Sleep Help Co is in consultations, travelling, unwell or otherwise unavailable.
WhatsApp and email support are not emergency services and do not provide continuous or immediate monitoring.
14. Illness during a support period
If the child becomes unwell during an active support period, the client must notify Baby Sleep Help Co as soon as reasonably possible.
One illness pause of up to 15 consecutive calendar days may be applied to each support package.
During the pause:
* Active sleep work and routine adjustments may be temporarily suspended.
* Support days already used remain used.
* Remaining unused support days are preserved.
* The support package will resume with the number of unused support days remaining.
The client and Baby Sleep Help Co will agree on a restart date. If no different date is agreed, support will automatically resume on the eleventh calendar day following the start of the pause.
Further pauses or an extension beyond 10 days are not automatically included and must be agreed in writing. Baby Sleep Help Co may recommend delaying further sleep work or obtaining medical clearance where appropriate.
If the client does not respond when the support period is due to resume, the remaining days will continue to run and will not be added back later.
15. Client participation
The client understands that sleep outcomes depend on many factors, including:
* The child’s health, development and temperament
* Feeding and nutritional needs
* The sleep environment
* Family circumstances
* Travel, visitors and changes in routine
* Teething and illness
* Consistency of implementation
* The client’s chosen approach and level of participation
The client is responsible for deciding whether and how to implement each recommendation.
Baby Sleep Help Co may provide alternatives when a strategy is not suitable, but the client must communicate openly and provide accurate updates for adjustments to be made.
16. No guarantee of results
Baby Sleep Help Co will provide the purchased service with reasonable care and skill but cannot guarantee:
* That a child will sleep through the night
* That night feeds will stop
* That all naps will lengthen
* That a particular settling method will work
* That progress will occur within a specific number of days
* That improvements will continue without setbacks
A lack of the desired outcome does not by itself mean that the service was not provided correctly and does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory right relating to a service that was not provided with the legally required level of care and skill.
17. Home consultations
For in-home services:
* A responsible adult must be present throughout the visit.
* The client must provide a reasonably safe environment.
* The client must disclose relevant household risks, illness or access issues in advance.
* Additional travel, parking or transport costs will be communicated before confirmation.
* Baby Sleep Help Co may end or postpone a visit where the environment is unsafe, abusive or unsuitable.
Where a visit cannot proceed because relevant risks or access restrictions were not disclosed, the fee may remain payable.
18. Digital products and ebooks
Digital guides, ebooks, checklists and downloadable materials are licensed for the purchaser’s personal and non-commercial use.
They may not be:
* Resold
* Reproduced commercially
* Uploaded publicly
* Shared in social-media groups
* Distributed to unrelated third parties
* Modified and represented as another person’s work
Where digital content is supplied immediately, the client may be asked to expressly consent to delivery beginning before the end of the statutory withdrawal period and to acknowledge the resulting effect on the right of withdrawal.
19. Statutory right of withdrawal
Where Spanish or European consumer law applies to a contract entered into online, the client generally has 14 calendar days from the date the contract is concluded to withdraw without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, the client must send an unequivocal withdrawal request to:
info@babysleephelpco.com
The client may use the withdrawal form at the end of these Terms, but use of the form is not mandatory.
Services beginning during the withdrawal period
If the client expressly requests that a service begin during the 14-day withdrawal period and later withdraws before it has been fully performed, the client may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the service already provided.
Once a service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal may be lost where:
* The client expressly requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period; and
* The client acknowledged that the right of withdrawal would be lost once the service had been fully performed.
Digital content
For digital content supplied without a physical medium, including downloadable ebooks and guides, the right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery begins where the client:
* Gave prior express consent to immediate delivery;
* Acknowledged that immediate delivery would result in the loss of the right of withdrawal; and
* Received confirmation of that agreement.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer right.
20. Refunds
Refunds will be provided where required by applicable consumer law.
Outside mandatory statutory rights:
* No refund is provided solely because the child did not achieve a particular sleep result.
* No refund is provided for a consultation already delivered.
* No refund is provided for personalised work already completed.
* No refund is provided for support days that have already elapsed.
* No refund is provided when the client chooses not to use available support.
* No refund is provided for a missed appointment or cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Where Baby Sleep Help Co cannot provide a paid service, the client will receive a refund for the part that has not been delivered or may choose an equivalent credit or rescheduled service.
21. Intellectual property
All original materials supplied by Baby Sleep Help Co remain protected by intellectual-property law, including:
* Sleep plans
* Schedules
* Assessments
* Guides
* Ebooks
* Checklists
* Templates
* Written recommendations
* Videos and other educational content
The client receives a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use those materials for their own family.
The client may privately share relevant parts of a plan with:
* The child’s other parent or guardian
* A caregiver responsible for the child
* Nursery staff
* A healthcare professional involved in the child’s care
Materials may not be resold, published, posted online, reproduced for another family or used commercially without written permission.
22. Confidentiality and testimonials
Baby Sleep Help Co will treat personal family information as confidential, subject to the Privacy Policy and any legal safeguarding or disclosure obligation.
Baby Sleep Help Co will not publish a client’s name, photographs, messages, case details or testimonial without separate permission.
Consent to use a testimonial or image is optional and is not a condition of receiving the service. Consent may be withdrawn for future use, although it may not always be possible to withdraw material that has already been lawfully printed or distributed.
23. Data protection
Personal data is handled according to the Baby Sleep Help Co Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Because sleep assessments may include information about a child’s health, feeding and development, the client confirms that they have authority to provide this information.
Where legally required, explicit consent will be obtained before processing health-related information.
Personal data may be processed through service providers used for website hosting, forms, booking, email, communication and payment processing. Further information is provided in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptance of marketing or newsletter communications is optional and separate from acceptance of these Terms.
24. Respectful communication and termination
Both parties agree to communicate respectfully.
Baby Sleep Help Co may suspend or terminate a service where:
* The client behaves abusively, threateningly or unlawfully.
* The client provides materially false or misleading information.
* The client repeatedly ignores safety or medical advice.
* Continued work would be unsafe or outside Baby Sleep Help Co’s professional competence.
* Payment remains outstanding.
* The client materially breaches these Terms.
Where termination results from the client’s breach, completed work and elapsed support will not be refunded. Any refund for genuinely undelivered services will be determined according to the circumstances and applicable law.
If Baby Sleep Help Co ends the service for reasons unrelated to the client’s conduct, the client will receive a refund for any substantial undelivered portion.
25. Limitation of liability
Baby Sleep Help Co is responsible for providing services with reasonable care and skill.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baby Sleep Help Co is not responsible for losses caused by:
* Inaccurate, incomplete or withheld client information
* Failure to follow medical or safe-sleep guidance
* Applying recommendations to another child
* Unauthorised modification of a plan
* Decisions made independently by the parent or caregiver
* Events outside Baby Sleep Help Co’s reasonable control
* A child’s illness, development, temperament or natural changes in sleep
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, deliberate misconduct or any other legally protected consumer right.
26. Recording consultations
Consultations, video calls and telephone calls may not be recorded by either party without the other party’s prior knowledge and agreement.
Any authorised recording is for private use only and may not be published, distributed or shared publicly.
27. Events outside reasonable control
Neither party will be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside their reasonable control, including serious illness, accident, natural disaster, widespread technical failure, government restriction or other comparable event.
The parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or complete the remaining service. If this is not reasonably possible, the client will only be charged for the portion already provided.
28. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact:
info@babysleephelpco.com
Please include your name, the service purchased and an explanation of the issue.
Baby Sleep Help Co will acknowledge the complaint and attempt to resolve it in good faith within a reasonable period.
Information about any applicable official consumer complaint procedure or consumer arbitration system will be provided where legally required.
29. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from relying on mandatory consumer protections applicable in their country of residence.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to the courts or consumer-resolution bodies with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
30. Changes to these Terms
Baby Sleep Help Co may update these Terms for future purchases.
Changes will not retrospectively alter the agreed terms of an existing purchase unless:
* The change is required by law;
* It does not materially disadvantage the client; or
* Both parties agree to the change in writing.
31. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent required. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
